Again this year, Tigger Too Preschool has been overwhelmed with the donations brought in by the children for the Santa's Workshop Toy Drive. This year, Tigger Too Early Learning Centre and The Comox Valley Kickers Womens Rubgy team has hopped on board to make this year one of the most successful.

The children from the two centres have been encouraged to bring in some gently used toys that could be brought in to Santas Workshop and distributed to children who may not have as much as they do. "We find that this is a really great way to get the children involved in the community on a level they can really appreciate." says Tigger Too Preschool's Charlene Gray. "We pile the toys in the preschool for the two week donation period, so the children can really see how many toys they've accumulated to donate. They get quite excited."

The children from Tigger Too Early Learning Centre also collected a whole lot of toys and flexed their muscles when it was time to load them up. The Comox Valley Kicker's Womens Rugby Team representatives Aimee Burley and Lindsay Mallette were grateful for their little helpers when they arrived to add Tigger Too''s donations to what they had collected. The truckloads of toys brought to  Santa's Workshop on December 3rd will be repaired as needed, and distributed to those who really need them.
