Kickers will be holding Rugby Conditioning Sessions on Wednesdays at 6:15PM in August at Cumberland Village Park.
The goal of these sessions are to prepare for the upcoming contact rugby season by upping our fitness level and dusting off the rust after a lengthy hiatus. These workouts will be short and sweet with a half hour or so of classic conditioning and another half hour of light skill work with a fitness element. All are welcome to attend.
Rugby practices for the upcoming season will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30PM, starting on August 31 at Cumberland Village Park. Hope to see you out!
