The 2025/2025 rugby season schedule has officially been unveiled!
The women’s team will kick off their season with three pre-season matches starting Saturday, September 13, 2025, while the men will officially launch their campaign on September 27 with a home opener against UVic. Both teams will engage in a mix of intense home and away fixtures through the fall, leading up to a winter break from December 13 to January 10. League play resumes in mid-January and continues into spring, culminating with the BC Rugby playoffs in late April and early May.
The schedule includes 15 weeks of competitive games, along with designated bye weeks, holiday weekends, and tournament events such as the Kamloops 7’s (Sept 20) and Canada 7’s weekend (March 7), when no league games are scheduled.
After just one doubleheader in the 2024/2025 season, fans can look forward to several Kickers doubleheaders this upcoming season—giving supporters even more opportunities to cheer on both teams in one exciting day of rugby!
